Pet Care Community D.C. Fly-In 2022

On Wednesday, September 21, 2022, the Pet Advocacy Network invites the pet care community to meet with Capitol Hill lawmakers during the Fifth Annual Pet Care Community D.C. Fly-In. We are thrilled to be holding the meetings in-person in Washington, D.C., again after two years of virtual meetings due to the pandemic.

As a fly-in participant, besides taking part in direct conversations with legislators and their staff, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about and share up-to-date scientific facts and research on the positive impacts of pets, as well as how pets are an economic force in our country. This is your opportunity to get your priorities heard by lawmakers as well as connect with government officials and other pet professionals. During last year’s fly-in, more than 60 participants held 100 virtual meetings with lawmakers and employees.

There is no cost to participate in the fly-in, and everyone within the responsible pet care community is encouraged to come.

Registration for the fly-in closed September 14. Please make plans to join us next year!
