SB 165Animal Cruelty Definitions in Statute: Amends Title 76 (Utah Criminal Code), Chapter 9 (Offenses Against Public Order & Decency), Part 3 (Cruelty to Animals) of Utah Code to add certain definitions in relation to the offense of cruelty to animals.  DIED ON SENATE CALENDAR
