Local OrdinanceDavis County Retail Pet Sale Ban Ordinance:
Proposed ordinance would amend Title 6 (Animals) of Davis County, UT Code by adding a new Section 6.028.090 (Sale of Dogs or Cats and Display of Dogs or Cats Available for Adoption by Pet Shops) to prohibit the retail sale of dogs or cats in county pet shops.
