HB 457Animal Adoption/Rescue Fees – Tax Reclassification: Amends Title 63 (Revenue & Taxation), Chapter 36 (Sales Tax) of Idaho Code by adding a new Section 63-3622XX (Animal Adoption & Rescue Fees) to exempt animal adoption and rescue fees from sales and use taxes.  ENACTED (EFFECTIVE ON 7/1/25)
