SB 96“Working Animal Protection Act”: Amends Title 7 (Local Government), Chapter 1 (General Provisions), Part 1 (Nature of Self-Governing Local Governments and Local Government Prohibitions), Section 7-1-111 (Powers Denied) of Montana Code Annotated by prohibiting local governments from enacting ordinances or resolutions that ban or create undue hardships on the use of working animals or animal enterprises in various sectors such as commerce, service, legal hunting, agriculture, and entertainment.  DIED IN COMMITTEE (SESSION ADJOURNED)
