Amends Chapter 173 (Animals; Humane Officers) of Wisconsin Statutes to create Section 173.90 (Preemption of local animal regulations) relating to the state preemption of certain local animal ordinances.

ORD 2023001Delavan, WI Pet Sale Ban Ordinance:
Amends Title 7 (Licensing & Regulation), Chapter 1 (Licensing of Dogs and Regulation of Animals) of Delavan, WI Municipal Code by adding a new Article 7-1-16 (Large Scale Commercial Animal Breeding Prohibited) to prohibit the retail sale of dogs, cats, or rabbits in city pet stores.
