    The “Animal Care and Control Omnibus Amendment Act of 2022” amends Title 25-J (Animal Welfare & Facility Regulations), Chapter 3 (Animals, Pet Shops and Animal Hospitals) of DC Municipal Regulations by adding a new Section 330 to restrict the sale of live mammals, amphibians, arachnids, birds, or reptiles in city pet stores.
