    Proposed ordinance would amend Title 6 (Animals) of Davis County, UT Code by adding a new Section 6.028.080 (Sale of Animals), Subsection B. (Sale of Dogs or Cats and Display of Dogs or Cats Available for Adoption by Pet Shops) to prohibit the retail sale of dogs or cats in county pet shops.
