HB 1250Sales Tax Exemption – Disaster Preparedness Supplies: Amends Title 26 (Taxation), Subtitle 5 (State Taxes), Chapter 52 (Gross Receipts Tax), Subchapter 4 (Exemptions) of Arkansas Code by adding a new Section 26-52-457 (Sales tax holiday for disaster-preparedness items) to establish an annual sales tax holiday in Arkansas for disaster-preparedness supplies, exempting them from sales and use tax in order to promote emergency readiness.  DIED IN COMMITTEE (WITHDRAWN BY SPONSOR)
HB 1893Property/Business Owners – Emotional Support Animal Restrictions:
Amends Title 20 (Public Health & Welfare), Subtitle 2 (Health & Safety), Chapter 14 (Individuals with Disabilities), Subchapter 10 (Emotional Support Animals) of the Code of Arkansas by adding a new Section 20-14-1005 (Emotional support animals on private property or business premises — Liability) to allow Arkansas property and business owners to ban emotional support animals from their premises and limits their liability for injuries caused by these animals, unless gross negligence is involved.

SB 61Veterinary Telemedicine Standards: Amends Title 17 (Professions, Occupations & Businesses), Subtitle 3 (Medical Professions), Chapter 101 (Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians) of Arkansas Code Annotated by adding a new Section 17-101-104 (Veterinary telemedicine standards) to authorize veterinary telemedicine in Arkansas, setting standards for its practice and defining timelines for establishing veterinarian-client-patient relationships post-service in urgent situations.  ENACTED (EFFECTIVE 7/16/25)
