Group 2 (Definitions & Standards), Article 16 (Processed Pet Food Regulations) of the California Code of Regulations to: (1) Permit pet food producers who meet certain requirements to use the terms “human grade” and “natural” in describing their processed pet food products; and (2) Align the licensing period and fee requirements with language currently in the CA Health & Safety Code. | PENDING |
