HB 1421Online Breeder Licensing Platform/State Preemption–Pet Store Regulation: Amends Title 4 (Animals), Chapter 4-30 (Commercial Pet Breeders & Animal Shelter Licensing Act), Section 4-30.8 (Expiration & Renewal of License) of Oklahoma Statutes to require the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food & Forestry to provide an online platform for animal shelter operator and commercial pet breeder licensing. Restricts local ordinances regulating pet store dog and cat sales.  DIED IN CONFERENCE COMMITTEE (SESSION ADJOURNED)
HB 1953Breeder/Shelter Inspection Requirements: Amends Title 4 (Animals), Chapter 30 (Commercial Pet Breeders and Animal Shelter Licensing Act), Section 4-30.5 (30.5. Application for licensure – Inspection of applicant) of Oklahoma Statutes to provide a set time for inspections of licensed breeder and animal shelter facilities.  DIED IN COMMITTEE (MISSED CROSSOVER DEADLINE)
SB 321Sales Tax Holiday – Disaster Preparedness Items: Amends Title 68 (Revenue & Taxation) of Oklahoma Statutes by adding a new Section 1357.10a to provide a sales tax exemption for disaster preparedness items during specific periods in March and September, effective July 1, 2025, with immediate enactment upon approval.  DIED IN COMMITTEE (MISSED CROSSOVER DEADLINE)
