HB 3168Rabies Vaccinations – Veterinary Supervision: Amends Title 47 (Animals, Livestock & Poultry), Chapter 5 (Rabies Control) of the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding a new Section 47-5-65 so as to provide, under the direct supervision of a veterinarian, certain animal control authority officials may administer rabies vaccinations.  CARRIED OVER TO 2026 SESSION (SESSION ADJOURNED)
HB 3223Veterinary Telehealth Regulation: Amends Title 40 (Professions & Occupations), Chapter 69 (Veterinarians) of the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding a new Article 5 (Telehealth for Veterinary Services) to define and regulate the use of telehealth for veterinary services.  CARRIED OVER TO 2026 SESSION (SESSION ADJOURNED)
HB 3937“South Carolina Venomous Reptiles Act”: Amends Title 47 (Animals, Livestock & Poultry) of the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding a new Chapter 8 (“South Carolina Venomous Reptiles Act”) to: (1) Prohibit possession of venomous reptiles without a permit; (2) Provide for the permitting of venomous reptiles; and (3) Provide requirements for housing, safekeeping and transportation of venomous reptiles.  CARRIED OVER TO 2026 SESSION (SESSION ADJOURNED)
