Summary:
Proposed ordinance amends and restates Chapter 7 (Animals) of the Mobile, AL City Code to: (1) Define and provide restrictions for certain reptiles and dog breeds as “high risk animals”; (2) Create a dog breeder licensing program; and (4) Provide a new fine structure for violations of the chapter.
