Summary:
Ordinance No. CB-097-2025 amends Subtitle 3 (Animal Control), Division 6 (Other Rules, Regulations, and Standards), Section 3-185.01 (Pit Bull Terriers) of Prince George’s County, MD County Code by repealing the county’s current pit bull terrier ban and establishing a Pit Bull Terrier Pilot Program to allow fostering, adoption, and ownership of Pit Bull Terriers under regulated conditions.
