Bill – 2021001 – HORRY COUNTY, SC COUNTY COUNCIL
Ordinance No. 86-2021 amends Chapter 4 (Animals & Fowl) of the Horry County, SC Code of Ordinances by adding a new Section 4-10 (Dog and Cat Breeding Operations: Restriction on the Sale of Animals) which would prohibit the retail sale of dogs and cats in pet stores located in the unincorporated areas of the county.
