Proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 2 (Animal Control) of the Leon Valley, TX Code of Ordinances to: (1) Amend definitions; (2) Revise regulations regarding prohibited animals; (3) Authorize certain licensed zoological parks, aquariums, and education animal exhibition facilities to possess certain prohibited animals; and (4) Establish pet shop requirements regarding the source of dogs and cats offered for sale or adoption.
